This Privacy Policy governs the use of the “Loan App Instant Cash Advance” (referred to as “the App” in this document). Its purpose is to explain what services the App provides, how user information is collected, and how that information is used, shared, and protected.

The operator of this App is not a lender or a loan broker. The App does not make credit or financial decisions. Instead, it offers users a platform to connect with independent third-party lenders. Any personal information entered into the App is securely transmitted to these lenders, who determine all loan terms, including interest rates (APR), fees, and other conditions.
Information the App Collects
The App collects two main types of data:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

- Sections of the App you visit

How the App Uses Personally Identifiable Information
Your PII is collected solely to deliver the services you request. Specifically, the data you provide in the loan request form is forwarded to participating lenders in our network. PII may also be used to:

By submitting PII, you agree that it may be shared—where legally permitted—with reputable third parties, including financial service providers affiliated with the App, for purposes such as relevant marketing or promotional offers. The App may share or disclose this information to third parties when it is deemed necessary for service delivery.
The App operator does not personally access the data you enter in the loan form. Instead, all loan requests are securely transmitted to qualified lenders in the network.
By providing PII, you give consent for lenders to contact you regarding your loan request. This includes communication about processing and approval. You waive the right to file complaints with the FTC or other agencies regarding such contact.
Refusal (Opt-Out)
When you submit your PII, you are automatically considered to have opted in. However, if you are contacted by third parties, you retain the right to opt out of further communications at any time.
External Links
The App may link to or redirect you to third-party websites or applications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites. Please review their own terms and privacy policies, as the App has no control over them.
Policy Changes
The App reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Privacy Policy, along with any content, disclosures, or features, at any time without prior notice.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. The App does not knowingly collect PII from individuals under 18 years of age.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Data transmitted to lenders is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
California Residents – Privacy Rights
Under California law, residents have the right to know whether their PII is shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Upon request, we will either:
- Provide a list detailing the categories of information disclosed and the parties it was shared with; or
- Offer a way to opt out of such sharing.
California residents can opt out of receiving marketing materials by following the instructions in our communications.
